Advice please with a boy?

So I really like this boy& I have for about 6months& he knows I do but sometimes I feel like he uses it against me he's like "blablabla cause your in love with me" but I love how he makes me smile and laugh. He just makes me so happy. But I get mad sometimes cuz whenever I actually want to have a conversation with him he changes the subject, I always answer what e asks me but when I ask him it's like no. I get so frustrated. I also get scared to flirt with him too much cuz I've always been afraid guys will tell otter guys and they'd make fun of me it's just a fear of mine. He can be a real sweetheart too like calling me babe& beautiful but I neve know what to say back! He always wants me to do the talking too whenever we're on oovoo or the phone. Ugh someone just tell me what to do
