Do couples still try and make sex romantic when their only doing it for reproduction?

Some of us don't bother most of the time with foreplay but we still enjoy it. Me and my husband would still find it romantic, even if we were doing it to conceive. It's no different and if you just get to business and consider it a job, would the guy be able to get it up and would the woman be wet enough for him to put it in? They may be nervous or just not in the mood and not being in the moods a real mood killer.
