How do you get to know a distant, neutral guy?!!?

Be yourself and if its meant to be it will be. Maybe give him the odd wink, he might not have the confidence to be himself so comes across like that. Show him its ok and safe to drop the barriers every now and again...like any relationship if your genuine, be there stay there show em you care.....random acts of kindness can go a long way x
